PhDs in Clinical Chaplaincy, Human Services/ Holistic Health and Counseling/Psychology.

A 40 year veteran and expert in Youth Services with a focus on Intervention and Prevention Services. 

A Consultant with many organizations both Public and Private, Educational, Law Enforcement, Government and Justice. 

Dr. Rich is a whole artist (Dance, Visual Arts, Performing Arts).

He is a first generation Hip Hopper and Zulu Nation Chapter 11 East Harlem Leader. He has focused since the 1980s on using Hip Hop Culture to build youth. He has been very involved with Peace In The Streets Anti-Violence and Anti-Gang work. 

He is the President Of Anchor Of The Soul Ministries Inc., Head Of Chaplains Training Institute, University Dean and Professor. In 2015 He started Youth Leadership 8, a International Youth Leadership initiative. He is the founder of American Gungfu Boxing. He is the Associate Director Of Prevention and Intervention at Union Settlement managing many youth and young adult programs.

He is the cofounder of Hip Hop Works Inc. A global chapter based nonprofit organization.
